Re: Installation Problem | Kubuntu HH installer doesn`t recognizes partitions
That's a positive attitude to have!
I have a feeling you will be able to get some information on this.
Maybe you could post the manufacturer's name & model number here? Maybe someone here knows something or can also try to dig up some information.
"Oh, and I`ve found an forum at the Satux Linux homepage. I`ll try get some support there too."
That's a good idea, too.
Keep us posted as you find out any more information.
Many of us have managed to break free of Windows. I still have XP/SP2 on my first hard drive (and Kubuntu on the second SATA drive).. But I haven't booted into it for a month, and I will only do so soon to run the virus checkers, updaters, crap cleaners (CCleaner), open & close things, etc., real quick for half an hour. I'm afraid to get the SP3 update just yet because I've heard there could be some bugs with it.
As they say, Hay que tomar lo malo con lo bueno. (Here, we say, You have to take the fat with the lean). The problem with Windows is that there IS some bueno, but there's a hell of a lot of malo!
Good luck and please keep us posted here.
